My daily afternoon pick-me-up. The dietician I went to recently told me that I in fact SHOULD drink almond milk lattes in the afternoon to get calcium. Your body can only absorb so much calcium at once, so one latte in the morning and one in the afternoon. So basically it’s a prescription for lattes.
In case anyone was wondering this is two shots of espresso, one cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a teaspoon of raw coconut shhhuga. YUM.
